About The Board

The board of Palo Alto Chinese School consists of 26 members. All board members serve without compensation. The major responsibilities of the board are :

• Formulating and evaluating school policies
• Oversee the school budget
• Supervise school security
• Plan the logistic of school activities
• Elect principal annually
